1. Turnaround Time:
   • Make to Order Items: Our turnaround time for Make to Order items is up to 21 days. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends and bank holidays.
   • All Other Items: For items that are ready to ship, our dispatch time is typically 2-5 working days.
2. Shipping Methods:
   • Standard Shipping: We primarily use Royal Mail 2nd class for our standard shipping option. Delivery time is calculated as 2-3 working days from the dispatched day.
   • Tracked 48: For added peace of mind, we offer a Tracked 48 shipping option. This provides tracking information and typically delivers within 2 working days from the dispatched day.
   • Collection in Person: If you're local or prefer to pick up your order, we also offer a collection in person option.
3. Free Shipping:

   We're delighted to offer free standard shipping for orders over £40 to mainland UK addresses. This offer helps you save on shipping costs while enjoying our products.

Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated turnaround times and delivery estimates, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes or postal service disruptions.

Please be advised that any parcels that are unable to be delivered and are held at the sorting office are your responsibility to collect or arrange redelivery. Should a parcel remain uncollected within Royal Mail's specified timeframe and is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for us to resend the package to you. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring timely receipt of your orders to avoid any inconvenience or additional expenses. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
