Return Policy

I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Returns and Exchanges:
   • Contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
   • Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.
   • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
   • Items must be returned in their original condition.
2. Cancellations:

   To cancel your order, contact me within 2 hours of purchase.

3. Warranty Information:
   • Eco Poopka cloth nappies are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
   • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in fabric, stitching, and poppers.
   • It does not cover issues such as color runs, snags, fading, pilling, leaks, or staining, as these are not considered manufacturing defects.
   • The warranty will not cover products that haven't been cared for in accordance with our guidelines, such as failure of waterproofing due to washing or tumble drying, or damage/staining due to barrier creams, fabric softener, stain remover, bleach, or harsh soap.
4. Process for Defective Products:
   • In the unlikely event that your product is deemed to be faulty, please contact me with photographs and a description of the problem.
   • If the item is deemed to be defective, it will be replaced with the same product or nearest alternative.
   • Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Eco Poopka.
   • You may be asked to return the defective item, and proof of purchase will be required.
5. Warranty Validity:

   The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. If you purchased your products second hand, the warranty will no longer be valid.
